HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP IT?
When you place an order through the site, we will maintain your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) as required under UK tax law for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide the website that allows us to sell our products to you, and therefore your data is transferred to them and stored in the United States through Shopify's secure data storage.
When you make a purchase, Shopify collects your payment information (including credit card numbers) which is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is only stored for as long as it takes the transaction to complete, at which point it is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the strict standards set by the PCI-DSS.
