Here are some frequently asked questions to help you with your order. If you have a question that doesn't appear on the list, please use the 'Contact Us' form and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
WHO DO YOU USE?
We currently use Royal Mail. All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout so please ensure this is correct.
For UK delivery:
Shipping is via Royal Mail 2nd Class recorded service.
We offer FREE delivery on orders over £80.
For Overseas delivery:
Shipping is via Royal Mail International Standard service.
We offer FREE delivery on orders over £100.
WHAT IS YOUR DISPATCH TIME?
PLEASE NOTE - due to current UK lockdown, dispatch time is currently up to 2 weeks from the date of order (with normal postage/delivery times on top of that). We thank you for your patience.
For items that are in stock, if ordered before 2pm it will be sent out within 2 working days. After notification of dispatch, please allow 2-3 working days for delivery. Please note that delays in the service by Royal Mail are out of our control, and we ask that you allow an additional 4 working days before contacting us for your parcel to arrive.
For items that are in production or on pre-order please allow 2-4 weeks - this will have been specified on the product page before you ordered.
For shipping to Europe, please allow 10 days; and for all other countries, up to 21 days.
Wunderkind + Wild is based in the UK; please note that any custom duties or taxes payable on goods sent from the UK are not included in the cost of the item and are the responsibility of the buyer.
ORDER AMENDMENTS OR CANCELLATIONS
HOW CAN I CANCEL OR AMEND MY ORDER BEFORE DISPATCH?
Please use the 'Contact Us' form and give your order details and whether you want to cancel the whole order, or amend an item (e.g if you ordered the wrong size). Please do this as soon as possible to give us the best chance of getting your order right before it leaves us! Although we will do our best, we cannot guarantee it will be possible to amend/cancel your order - if not, please refer to the below 'Returns & Exchanges' section.
STOCK AND AVAILABILITY
YOU DON'T HAVE MY SIZE!
Most of our stock can, and will be, reordered unless specified on the product page as 'end of line'. So please contact us if you are after a specific size and we will let you know how long it will be before it's back in the store.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM FOR REFUND/EXCHANGE?
Of course! We hope that you are happy with your purchase, but if not you can return to us for a refund or exchange.
Please use the 'Contact Us' form to request your return and specify the reason for return, and if you require an exchange please give the details of the size/item to exchange it for. We will respond with the address to return to and any other necessary details.
All items must be returned within 28 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. The item(s) must be in its original, unworn and sellable condition, with all tags still attached. If the item is returned after this time, or damaged/worn, we will not be able to process a refund.
IMPORTANT NOTE - although we are working on providing free returns, currently as we are a new small business, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of postage for the return. We are also therefore not responsible for your return getting lost in the post, so please retain proof of postage and contact your shipping provider to claim compensation for the loss. We will aim to get free returns sorted as soon as possible so please check back here for updates!
Once your return is received, if you have requested a refund this will be processed within 3 working days to the original payment method. The length of time to receive your credit depends on the payment method used, so please refer to your card issuer or PayPal's terms for further information.
If you have requested an exchange, normal delivery dispatch times apply (stock permitting). Please note that although you will need to pay the return postage, we will post your exchange product(s) FREE of charge.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I WAS SENT THE WRONG ITEM or IT IS FAULTY?
Although we try to ensure this won't happen, mistakes can happen - we hope you will accept our huge apologies! Please use the 'Contact Us' form to let us know, giving your order number and as much detail on the issue as you can and we will do our best to sort it as quickly as possible - please note when replacing your item you will not be charged for postage and will be refunded the cost of the original postage as well.
ARE THE PRODUCTS ALL UK DRESS SIZES?
Each product varies slightly in the different types of sizing used. Each product page has a sizing chart and information on fit, so please refer to these to get the measurements for the items and work out what is best for you. Although the approximate UK sizes have been given where appropriate, it is better to use the measuring size guide to ensure you get the right fit for you.
